Peter & Gregg early on formed an independent distribution company for the custom installation industry and were founding members of AVAD. We help build AVAD to become the #1 name for Custom Installation Distribution and in 2005 merged with Ingram-Micro. On July 11th, 2008 our management contract with Ingram was over and Jarmac is once again focused soley on representing our vendors brands. We no longer have any distribution model, except to work with AVAD and several "key" distributors in the northeast.
